Jewel Wheat Bread - 16 Oz


Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Barley Malt, Niacin [Vitamin B3], Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Folic Acid [Vitamin B9]), Water, Yeast, Whole Wheat Flour, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Molasses, Salt, Soybean Oil, Dough Conditioner (Mono- and Diglycerides, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Ascorbic Acid), Calcium Propionate and Sorbic Acid (to Retain Freshness), Fumaric Acid, Yeast Nutrients (Ammonium Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil, Soy Lecithin.

Per 2 Slices: 120 calories; 0 g sat fat (0% DV); 210 mg sodium (9% DV); 2 g total sugars. No high fructose corn syrup. Just-baked quality delivered every day. Old Fashioned White Bread, 1 lb.
6 ounces (¾ cup) milk, 75-85°F
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoons active dry yeast
- or -
1 teaspoon bread machine/fast rise yeast.

Directions

Add liquid ingredients and butter to bread pan.
Add all dry ingredients, except yeast, to bread pan. Tap pan to settle dry ingredients and then level, pushing some of them into the corners. Lock pan into bread maker.

Make an indentation in center of dry ingredients fill with yeast.

Select desired setting. Program timer, if necessary. Turn bread maker on. When bread is done, turn breadmaker off and, using oven mitts, unlock and remove the bread pan. Shake bread out of pan and cool on rack before slicing.
